Return Policy

Products are eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and in original condition
With original packaging, tags, manuals, and invoices intact

To process any return related to damage, defect, or incorrect items, an unboxing video and supporting photos must be shared as proof.

Returns requested after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund guidelines.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are subject to:

Product availability
The item being unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

To process any exchange related to damage, defect, or incorrect items, an unboxing video and supporting photos must be shared as proof.

Only one exchange request per order is permitted.

If the requested exchange product is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered at Acadfinity’s discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive: A damaged product, A defective item, or An incorrect product.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos. Our team will review the issue and arrange a return, exchange, or resolution accordingly.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, customization, or regulatory reasons. Such exclusions, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
