At Acadfinity, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which an order can be cancelled.
COD Only
Only Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for cancellation.
Before Dispatch
Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an eligible order, please follow the steps below:
Email us at support@acadfinity.com
Mention your Order Number in the subject line
Clearly state the items you wish to cancel (full or partial cancellation)
Our team will confirm the cancellation status based on dispatch timelines.
Partial Cancellations

Partial cancellation of items is allowed only before dispatch

Once dispatched, partial cancellations will not be accepted
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders will not be eligible for cancellation if:

The order has already been dispatched

The order is part of a custom or made-to-order category

The order falls under special or limited-time sale conditions
Right to Refuse Cancellation
Acadfinity reserves the right to:

Accept or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion
